Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve turning force and flow rate efficiency by providing a rotor housing with a two-node epitrochoid curve and a rotor with an eccentric shaft and an epitrochoid envelope. CONSTITUTION:A rotor housing 1 with a two-node epitrochoid curve on its inside contour and a trochoid phase gear 6 which revolves by being supported by the eccentric part 5 of an eccentric shaft 4 in the housing 1 through a rotor bearing 3. A rotor 2 with an epitrochoid envelope on its outside contour which engages with a fixed outer gear 8 is also provided. Turning force occurs by continuously varying the space volume of actuation rooms 15-17 by means of the pressure from input holes 27 and 29. On the other hand, pumping operation is enabled by revolving the shaft 4.
