Each mortar fitting hole 6 in a mortar attaching part 2c of a rotary disk is formed of a straight through hole with a fixed size. A fall-off prevention member 8 supporting each mortar 14 fitted into each mortar fitting hole 6 from below is attached to the lower side of the mortar attaching part 2c freely attachably and detachably. Each mortar fitted into the mortar fitting hole 6 is attached to the mortar attaching part 2c with the fall-off prevention member 8 and a mortar fixation bolt (mortar fixation member) 15 attached freely attachably and detachably.
