Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed powder to the cavity of a press molding machine or the like even if its fluidity has been remarkably deteriorated.SOLUTION: Provided is a rotary powder feeder 1 comprising: a container 2 having an exhaust port for powder at the lower end; and a rotary body 3d horizontally rotating on the exhaust port, and in which the powder in the container is fed from the exhaust port to a cavity 31 while stirring the same with a rotor, the inside face of the side wall 2a of the container is connected with a baffle plate 2d changing the flowing direction of the powder, and the baffle plate forms a guide face extended from the connection position to the rotating direction of the rotor and further separated from the inside face of the side wall toward the inside of the rotating direction.
