To provide a rotary press apparatus in which a material supply station is made to be compact, a plurality of pressurizing parts are provided to improve productivity, a material is efficiently used to reduce a running cost, defective incidence can be reduced, and energy-saving is also attained.
The rotary press apparatus 1 has a rotary table 5 in which a plurality of mold cavities 8a are formed, a supply station 10 which is fixed in a state where the table is located at a supply part 1a above the table 5 and packs powder of the material A charged from a charging port 14 into the mold cavities 8a, and a press apparatus 31 which forms a product by rotating with the same phase as the table 5 and applying pressure to the material A packed in the mold cavities 8a at the pressurizing part 1b of a downstream side of the supply part 1a. Length L2 of the supply station 10 is shortened by providing a stay 16 which levels an entrance of the cavity at a position being in contact with the cavity when the cavity passes therebelow and also removes the material hardened at the entrance. A plurality of supply stations 10 are provided to enable the material A to be packed from a plurality of supply stations 10 during one rotation of the table 5.
