Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotary press having a regulating mechanism for stably controlling with high regulating quality by performing a simplification of a driving mechanism.
SOLUTION: The rotary press comprises a rubberized fabric cylinder 2, a plate cylinder 3 and mechanical coupling means 12, 13 for mechanically coupling together to simultaneously drive the cylinder 2 and the cylinder 3 having a load mass inertial moment together with the cylinder 2 and a reaction, a drive motor 5, a toothed belt 11, and drive means 5, 11 for directly driving one ends of the cylinders 2, 3. The others of the cylinders 2, 3 are correspondingly driven by the means 12, 13. The means 5, 11 have driving mass inertial moments. A load mass inertial moment is larger than a driving mass inertial moment. The belt 11 has a low pass filter formed between the driving mass inertial moment and the load mass inertial moment. Further, control means for controlling one of the speed and position of the cylinders 1, 3 is provided.
