Title:
ROTARY PULSE SIGNAL ANALYZER FOR ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3400209
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the revolving speed and shaft phase of a rotor without using a filter by providing a sampling means inputted with the displacement signal detected by a noncontact displacement gauge and separating the rotary pulse signal and the shaft vibration signal.
SOLUTION: A sampling means 21 is inputted with the displacement signal detected by a noncontact displacement gauge 12, separates the rotary pulse signal and the shaft vibration signal, and measures the revolving speed and shaft phase of a pump shaft (rotor). A shaft displacement signal processing means 22 corrects the digital sampling data outputted from the sampling means 21 into the shaft displacement signal. An amplitude value calculating/processing means 23 and a frequency analyzing/processing means 24 conduct data processing. A phase analyzing/processing means 25 makes a phase calculation from the data obtained from a revolving speed calculating means 26 calculating the revolving speed of the pump shaft. A display means 27 such as a CRT or a recording/printing device displays the data from the amplitude value calculating/processing means 23, frequency analyzing/processing means 24, phase analyzing/processing means 25, and revolving speed calculating/processing means 26.
