Delivery ports 81 and 83 of rotary pumps 19 and 39 are connected to front and rear both end surfaces of the insertion direction of a first case storing the rotary pumps 19 and 39 so that a high delivery pressure is applied. Therefore, the high pressure is applied to a wide region, that is, the both end surfaces of the first case, and the first case can be maintained in a prescribed position in a state that the desired pressing force is imparted to the first case without a spring or only with a spring having small elastic force. The pressing force by the spring is not used, and therefore, the suitable pressing force can be generated with respect to the pump body 100.
