PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely restrict movement of a seal member in the axial direction of a drive shaft without depending on torque generated on the seal member, while restricting co-rotation of the seal member in accompany with rotation of a shaft.SOLUTION: A seal member 130 is pressed to a step portion of a third center hole 72c on the basis of elastic force of a leaf spring portion 142 disposed on a pressing member 140. Thus the movement of the seal member 130 in the axial direction of a shaft 54 can be surely restricted without depending on torque generated on the seal member 130 by rotation of the shaft 54, and force for suppressing rotation by friction of a rubber ring 131 disposed on the seal member 130. Further a fitting portion 131b of the resin ring 131 is fitted to a detent portion 141b of a plate 141, and the rotation of the plate 141 is restricted by a plate detent portion 141c and a cutoff groove 72ca. Thus co-rotation of the seal member 130 can be also restricted.
