Abstract:
To solve problems in a conventional rocking seal rotary pump that a cost is high as a rotor and a driving shaft are divided, and internal leakage is increased due to seal by clearance, which degrades performance, and that in a case of multistage compression, a seal is not disposed on a rocking shaft, so that leakage occurs, and performance is degraded.SOLUTION: A structure in which contact seal is applied for a seal by a clearance, and abrasion does not progress by a fixed amount or more, is applied, and a rotor and a driving shaft are integrated. As a seal is disposed on a rocking shaft, leakage is prevented and performance can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
