PURPOSE: To make the takeout and measurement of parts ever so easy, by attaching a lot of buckets to the inside of a rotary rack, while installing a port in a part of a traveling route of these buckets, and setting up a register in this part.

CONSTITUTION: Inside an enclosure wall body 1, there is provided with an endless rotating body of a chain or the like fitted with a lot of buckets 8, and furthermore there is provided with a delivery part 13 in a front lower part of the enclosure wall body 1. A receiving block 14 and a register 19 both are set up in this delivery part 13. Therefore, when parts are delivered, the objective bucket 8 is selected by a parts code number being inputted in advance, stopping it at the delivery part. Afterward, an operator takes out the objective article, measuring it in comparison with unit weight and housing no. of the pre-inputted parts, thus an accurate delivery number of parts is checkable.
