CONSTITUTION: In the rotary ring mill wherein the barrel parts of rolls are brought into contact with the inside surface of a driving ring and a tube or a bar is worked between plural rolls driven by the frictional force between them, a driving device to compensate rotation of the roll is mounted on roll holding devices to hold the rolls.
