Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rinsing machine which is provided with a controller having a function to determine the opening start point of time of valves which are arranged along a merry-go-round type machine and having a function to determine the closing point of time of the valves and has a possibility of changing the widths of various intervening phases.
CONSTITUTION: This machine has a series of the slider valves 4 which are arranged in pistons 11 controlled by photocells 13 and are associated by opening devices consisting of rolls 14 and closing devices consisting of brackets 12 or further rolls 13 arranged above the controlled pistons and are arranged along the pipes of nozzles 2. The brackets 10 and 12 are regulated in their angles with respect to support members 9 around the axis of a central shaft on which the brackets are mounted in such a manner that both brackets are positioned in the desired control positions.
