To provide a rotary rotor for an air conditioner, which corrects easily a warpage in manufacturing.

The rotary rotor for the air conditioner removes dust deposited on an air filter (not shown) of the air conditioner (not shown), and has a rotor 30 with at least 300mm of full length. The rotor 30 is formed of a light alloy material, has a plurality of lines of support grooves 31 along a longitudinal direction of an outer circumference, is provided with a cleaning body 32 having one end insertion-fixed onto the support grooves 31, and having the other end projected from an opening 31a of the support grooves 31 to scrape the dust on the air filter, and is constituted to make same rotation loci of tip parts 30c of portions most projected in all the outer circumferential parts 30a positioned between the two adjacent support grooves 31 of the rotor 30. A backlash is reduced between the rotor 30 and a surface plate (not shown), and between the rotor 30 and a roller for correction (not shown), when correcting the warpage of the rotor 30, and the warpage is thereby corrected easily to provide the rotor for the air conditioner with high finish precision.
