To provide a rotary screen printer which facilitates improvement of a printing speed and can execute printing with a uniform quality for a long period and which does not stain the peripheries of equipment and facilitates the work for keeping the prescribed quality of a print in a desired shape printed on a printing material.

This rotary screen printer is equipped with a printing plate supporting structure 16 which supports a cylindrical screen printing plate rotatably in a state of the opposite ends of the plate being opened and with a printing plate rotation driving means 18 which drives the printing plate supporting structure 16 to rotate the cylindrical screen printing plate.
