Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary scroll compressor in which any unstable behavior of a scroll member caused by the cantilever support of the scroll member at a position away from laps under a load of compressed fluid is eliminated, a gap of the laps in the radial direction is minimized, and reliance to only the high assembly accuracy is eliminated.
SOLUTION: In the rotary scroll compressor, a bearing member 29 of a driven scroll member 15 is movable straight to an auxiliary frame 10 fixed to a main bearing 9 of a driving scroll member 14. Side walls of laps 17 and 21 of the driving and driven scroll members 14 and 15 are brought into direct contact with each other to seal a compression space in the radial direction.
