Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary sensor capable of detecting the accurate rotation state and having high operation reliability.
SOLUTION: This rotary sensor is provided with a rotor 1 rotated together with a rotating portion on the detected side, a first holding member 5 rotatably holding the rotor 4, and a detecting member 6 fixed by the first holding member 5 and detecting the rotation state of the rotor 4. The first holding member 5 is held movably in both the X-direction perpendicular to the rotation axis direction of the rotor 4 and the Y-direction perpendicular to the rotation axis direction of the rotor 4 and perpendicular to the X-direction.
