Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit a valve body to be held in a state out of contact with a valve box for reducing hysteresis and improving the precision of control by rotatably fitting the servo-valve body in a valve box and supporing its rotative shaft in bearings. CONSTITUTION:When input current is caused to flow through a torque motor 62, a rotative shaft 14 is rotated while bringing about an open state of a valve body 13. At this time, the valve body 13 is smoothly rotated since the rotative shaft 14 is supported in bearings 16 and 17. With the valve body 13 brought to its open state the oil hydraulic fluid from a pump 45 is supplied to a cylinder 54 to cause operation of a rod 59 and rotation of an output shaft 61. The rotation of the output shaft 16 is transmitted to a feedback spring 69. When the spring force and the input to a torque motor 62 become balanced by each other, the valve body 13 is restored to its initial open state, and the output shaft 16 is stopped at a new stop position.
