Abstract:
To provide a rotary shaft device for a machine tool corresponding to the trend toward high speed and high rigidity.
A front part 17a to be a load side of a rotary shaft 17 is formed to have a large diameter, and a rear part 17b to be the other side is formed to have a small diameter. The front large diameter part 17a and the rear small diameter part 17b are rotated and supported by a radial bearing 19 and a pair of angular contact ball bearings 21, respectively, to rotate and support the rotary shaft 17 on a housing 13.
