PURPOSE: To lower an overall height with a simple structure by providing a fixed upper block which forms a passage as well as a rotary discharge block, supporting the discharge block in tight contact with the upper block and allowing the rotary axis of the discharge block to have an acute angle with espect to a vertical center axis of the passage.
CONSTITUTION: A connection part 12 is arranged to a mounting plate 9 mounted to a bottom part 5 of a container 1, a turnable case 11 is arranged through the connecting part. The case 11 is closed through a closing member 13, a sealing slide face 20 of the discharge block 8 is pressed on a sealing slide face of the fixed upper block 7. A derivable annular entraining casing 15 and a truncated conical discharge block are housed in the case. An upper peripheral part of the discharge block is made into a spherical shape at a lower part of the sealing slide face, in corresponding to the face, the entraining case 15 inner face to support the discharge block is formed into a recessed face. By this method, the device is easily assembled and demounted at a discharge port of the container.
