To provide a constitution capable of restricting rotation of a rotary stage by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rotary stage (1, 1a, 1b) includes a fixing plate (10, 10a) having an opening (100), a shaft part (11), and a rotating plate (13). At a position corresponding to the opening (100) in the shaft part (11), a hole (110) orthogonal to an extending direction of the shaft part (11) is formed, and a first slit (101 101a) is formed from the opening (100) in the fixing plate (10 10a) to the end of the fixing plate (10 10a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
