PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a rotary table for serving Chinese food such as shao-mai, chao-tzu, etc., by installing a hot food shelf at the top of the inner circumference of a crescent chain to circulate Sushi and by keeping the food warm utilizing the steam in a hot water tank installed in the rotary table.
CONSTITUTION: A crescent chain is attached at the top of the base 12 to circulate a tray 16 on which articles of food 14 are put, and also a hot food shelf 20 is attached along the total area of the top of the inner circumference of the crescent chain. And in the shelf 20, a steam pipe 32, extending from a hot water tank 30 heated by the heater installed inside the base 12, is installed. An open/close valve 36 is attached at the top of the steam pipe 32, which is opened by pressing a plug downward against the elasticity of a compression spring. Thus, by opening the valve 36 by the pressing part 42 when the hot food case 44 is put on the shelf 20, steam B is supplied to the inside of the hot food case 44, so that the food inside the case can be kept warm.
