Abstract:
To develop an apparatus which enables users to stretch arms and feet on a bed (8) lying on the back by rotating a horizontal shaft with a rotatable pedal (7) using their hands or feet.
A post (2) is provided on a base (1) and a bearing part (5) having a rotatable horizontal shaft (4) is provided at the end of a lateral support (3) sticking out therefrom in the direction perspective to the base (1). An arm (6) for rotating the shaft having a rotatable pedal (7) fixed thereon is fixed at the left and right ends of the horizontal shaft (4) and the base (1) is placed under a mattress (8).
