To provide a rotary type thermal fluid apparatus in a simple structure which is unlikely to be worn, has high efficiency and is applicable for a rotary compressor and a rotary engine.

In the rotary type thermal fluid apparatus having a rotor housing 10, a first rotor 20 and a second rotor 30 stored in the rotor housing 10, teeth 2, 3 of both the rotors consist of tooth tip end parts 2c, 3c in an optional shape, recessed face part 2d, 3d produced as the teeth tip end part of a rotor cuts out, when another rotor rotates at a fixed speed, by rotating in a reverse direction and protruding face parts 2e, 3e in a shape where the recessed face part and its adjoining teeth tip end part are smoothly connected by an involute curve.
