To provide a rotary tilling apparatus of partial normal or reverse rotation type, with which stable tilling can be carried out according to difference in field conditions such as the amount of weeds and straws, an untilled soil tilling treatment under a tilling transmission case is also advantageously performed and a tilling transmission mechanism is simplified.
In this rotary tilling apparatus of partial normal or reverse rotation type, a first tine shaft cylinder and a second tine shaft cylinder of rotary tine shaft cylinder are rotated and driven mutually in the opposite directions by a tilling transmission mechanism equipped with two-line transmission systems different in rotation direction. The rotary tilling apparatus has a constitution in which a normal or reverse rotation change mechanism arranged at the upper transmission side of the two-line transmission systems of the tilling transmission mechanism is equipped with a normal or reverse rotation change body sliding on an upper shaft being an input shaft common to both the transmission systems. The normal or reverse rotation change mechanism is installed at a part closer to the upstream side of transmission than to an upper sprocket being a driving sprocket common to both the transmission systems. An upper shaft is equipped with the upper sprocket and the normal or reverse rotation change mechanism is common to the upper shaft. The normal or reverse rotation change body is slid and transferred by a shift lever and can be changed into positions to be a first and a second tilling state and a neutral position.
