An abrasive grain attached part 17 with the abrasive grains and the wax material attached on it and the wax material non-existing part 15 to divide this abrasive grain attached part 17 are formed on the base metal 3 and the super abrasive grain layer 5 is formed by heating them in a state of arranging the rotation axis A by erecting it vertically in manufacturing this reamer 1.
