Abstract:
To provide a rotary tool with abrasive grains, which is reduced in weight and performs precision machining.
The rotary tool 10a is provided with: a base metal 1a formed with a hollow part 4a inside and an abrasive grain part 2 provided in the base metal 1a. The hollow part 4a is formed in the base metal 1a, and thereby the rotating tool 10 is reduced in weight. The hollow part 4a is only provided in the base metal 1a and a surface is continuously stabilized, and thereby drag force of the base metal 1a against distortion is enhanced. As a result, distortion of the rotating tool 10a is suppressed at the time of the machining and the precision machining is performed.
