This rotary working tool 101 has a working tool body 103, a tip tool 115 arranged to the working tool body 103 to apply a predetermined processing operation to a workpiece by rotary movement, and a handle 109 coupled with the working tool body 115 at a predetermined initial position and extending in the longitudinal axial direction of the working tool body 115. The working tool body 103 can relatively rotate in an arbitrary direction crossing with the longitudinal axial direction of the working tool body 103 using a coupling area 121 to the working tool body 103 as a rotary fulcrum. An elastic body 129 for applying an elastic force to return relative rotary action to the working tool body 103 of the handle 109 to an initial position is interposed between the working tool body 103 and the handle 109.
