A rotary tool 1 for performing a prescribed operation by rotating an operation object such as a screw is provided with a metallic tool body 3 having an engaging part 2 engaged with the operation object at an end part. The tool body 3 has a hollow inner part, so that the tool body is formed in a tubular form with a prescribed thickness.
