Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable to reduce the thickness of a rotary transformer core while improving the characteristics of the core by winding one turn of a conductor such as a copper wire, from which a film is exfoliated in advance, and filling conductive paste such as copper or silver or the like in grooves, in which the winding is wound.

CONSTITUTION: Grooves 11, 12 for a winding are formed on a core 1. Conductor leading through holes 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are formed in the grooves, and lead wiring leading grooves 15a, 15b are formed on the back surface. Conductors such as copper wires, from which films are exfoliated in advance, are wound in one turn in the grooves 11, 12 for the winding of the core 1, and led to the grooves 15a, 15b through the holes 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b. Conductive paste such as copper or silver or the like is flowed to the grooves 11, 12, in which the winding is wound. At this time, the winding is not shortcircuited. Accordingly, insulator such as resin or the like is flowed in advance to the holes 16, 17 of the grooves and cured. The surface of the core thus obtained is polished to form the surface of the core in the same plane as the surface of the insulator.
