Abstract:
To provide a device capable of transmitting at least one different medium to a rotatably supported constituent member by improving a rotary transmitter which guides compressed air or a hydraulic liquid to a predetermined position of the rotary transmitter via a connection part 19 and feeds the liquid to the rotatably supported constituent member 1 via a rotor where the rotary transmitter of a machine has an airtight casing 6 to transmit the compressed air or the hydraulic fluid to the rotatably supported constituent member 1.
At least one additive constituent portion for transmitting at least one different medium is accommodated in the airtight casing 6.
