PURPOSE: To allow a ring-form passenger wagon to have a 360-deg. view by furnishing a rotary supporting frame in the lower part of a suspension riding machine, installing a supporting/driving mechanism at this frame, and supporting the ring-form passenger wagon in the form of hanging above and driving by the supporting/driving mechanism in such a way as rotatable round an assumed center line.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary supporting frame 14 is installed at the bottom of a suspension riding machine 13 of a running body 11 which runs on a guide way 1 with wheels 12. A supporting/driving mechanism 40 is arranged under the frame 14. A passenger wagon 20 is formed in an approx. ring form from a roof 21, bottom plate 22, and a structure 23, wherein the roof 21 is supported at the mechanism 40 by brackets 31a, 31a in the form of hanging above. A drive roller unit 45 is driven by a driving means 50 consisting of a hydraulic pump 52 and hydraulic motor 51 into rotation round an assumed center line P.
