PURPOSE: To prevent the erroneous rotation of display bodies by preventing the magnetic interference between the adjacent display bodies.
CONSTITUTION: This display device consists of plural display rotating bodies 111 to 11n which consist of the peripheral surfaces of cylindrical plastic magnets 11a as display surfaces, a revolving shaft 13 which freely rotatably supports the respective display rotating bodies and is constituted of a synthetic resin having excellent sliding characteristics, electromagnet mechanisms 141 to 14n for excitation which are provided on the outside of the display rotating bodies and slide and rotate the display rotating bodies with respect to the revolving shaft 13 by variably controlling the excitation polarities of a pair of the electromagnets 15, 16 opposite to the magnets, and a magnetic member 17 for preventing the magnetic interference which is disposed adjacent to the peripheral surfaces of the respective display rotating bodies.
