PURPOSE: To enhance the durability of a component and facilitate maintenance by providing a rotary part with a generator, and feeding electric power therefrom to a light emitting element.
CONSTITUTION: When a drive motor 21 is turned on, a shaft 14 is rotated via a pulley 22, a timing belt 24 and a pulley 23, and then a rotary part is rotated to rotate a stator 25 which is originally a stationary part. Accordingly, electricity is generated between the stator 25 and a fixed rotor 26 which is originally a rotary part. Electric power is delivered to a rectification circuit 34 via a lead 33, wherein AC is converted to DC, and DC power is delivered via a lead 35 to a control circuit 36 containing a CPU and a distributor and to a light emitting element 32. The control circuit 36 is also connected to the light emitting element 32 via the distributor and feed electric power of a controlled content to a light emitting element wiring board 37 via a lead 38 so as to control blinking of the light emitting element 32.
