PURPOSE: To easily tighten and fix a filling pipe on the wall of a reservoir in any optional direction by fixing the pipe part penetrating into the reservoir to the reservoir wall rotatably around its center axis.
CONSTITUTION: A filling pipe 2 is formed into bent shape as a whole, its one opening part 2a penetrates, into a mounting hole 7 provided on a reservoir wall 6, and a seal member fixing retainer 10 including a seal member 9 therein so as to be inserted between the pipe end part and the reservoir wall is fitted and fixed around the end part. By tightening a locknut 14 against to the reservoir wall 6 the filling pipe 2 can be tightened and fixed to the reservoir wall 6. By releasing tightened joint with a locknut 11, the filling pipe 2 can be rotated around the central vertical axis H with respect to the reservoir wall 6.
