Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type paddle possible to be manufactured easily and economically by lessening the number of constituent members.
SOLUTION: A paddle 5b' is provided with a long rod 5b1, two plate-like scraping up members 5c1 and 5c2 attached to the tip ends of the rod in a manner that both members are positioned back and forth while being inclined in the back and forth direction and the outer face of the inclined plate 5c1 in the front side is set to face to the slantingly front side and the outer face of the inclined plate 5c2 in the rear side is set to face to the slantingly rear side. Such a paddle is attached to an outer end part of a side face in the longer opened side of a rotary shaft of a rotary type stirring apparatus transversely installed in a truck reciprocating in an opened fermentation tank.
