PURPOSE: To provide a rotary type paper punching-out device which suppresses the springing-out of a punching-out chip generated through drilling, from a hole part again after the drop to the inside of a die and recovers the punching- out chips to a prescribed part.

CONSTITUTION: A punch 13 and a die 14 which are fixed on a punch revolving shaft 11 and a die revolving shaft 12 are revolved, and the top end part of the punch 13 is inserted into the hole part 20 of the die 14, and a punch hole Po is drilled at a prescribed position of a transferred paper sheet P transferred between the punch 13 and the die 14. The hole part 20 of the die 14 consists of a cutter part 21 having a prescribed thickness and an inclined part 22 which spreads toward the inside of the die 14, and the thickness of the cutter part 21 is set larger than the overlap quantity in the case where the top end part of the punch 13 is inserted into the hole part 20 of the die 14.
