Title:
ROTARY TYPE REGENERATIVE HEAT-EXCHANGE APPARATUS WITH OVERHEATED SPOT-DETECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03241288
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To equip an infrared sensor at a place having good surroundings at the exterior of a housing, by a method wherein a means whereby electrical signals transmitted from an optical sensor are analized and displayed by imaging, is connected to the optical sensor.

CONSTITUTION: Infrared rays collected by a light-receiving probe 5 are transmitted through an optical fiber 6, which is connected to the light-receiving probe 5 and is extended from that place to the exterior of a housing and is laid. The infrared rays reaching an optical sensor 7 are converted to electrical signals, and the electrical signals are converted to digital signals by an A/D converter, in both an analizing device 8 and an image-displaying device 9, which are connected to the optical sensor 7. After that, the digital signals are converted to thermal information by a microprocessor and are displayed by imaging. In this way, it is made possible to equip the optical sensor 7 at the exterior of a rotary type regenerative heat-exchange apparatus.
