PURPOSE: To send a transported article having the deteriorated fluidity under pressure surely and efficiently by forming a swing case piece for receiving a cylindrical body of a case body in swingable manner properly through an opening/closing operating means which operates in interlocking with the revolution state of a rotary pressing body.

CONSTITUTION: An arcuate wall surface part having a swing case piece 2 for receiving a cylindrical body is formed on a case body 1, and a rotary pressing body 5 is installed internally. A plurality of rollers 6 successively press an elastic cylinder body 10 and an intermediate part, and successively sends these articles under pressure. The swing case piece 2 for receiving the cylindrical body is formed in swingable manner properly through an opening/closing operating means 4 which operates in interlocking with the revolution state of the rotary pressing body 5. Accordingly, a transported article having the deteriorated fluidity can be sent under pressure surely and efficiently.
