Abstract:
To miniaturize a rotary valve speed reduction mechanism by transmitting a torque by a motor to a rotary valve without using an intermediate gear.
The rotary valve speed reduction mechanism includes a rotation means 8 having a screw portion 9a and being rotatably held on a holding portion 13, a valve stem 5 having a screw portion 5a and a rotary valve 6 and being rotatably held on a housing 2, a screw portion 14a screwed in the screw portion of the rotation means, a screw portion 14b screwed in the screw portion of the valve stem, and a detent 14c which converts a rotational torque transmitted from the rotation means or the valve stem to a direct axial power, and is provided with a shaft 14 supported by the holding portion.
