Title:
ROTARY VIBRATOR AND ITS MOUNTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3536061
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To mount a rotary vibrator surely and firmly by a method wherein a shaft is supported in three points so as to prevent it from being trembled in the radial direction in which a centrifugal force acts and so as to prevent it from being trembled in the circumferential direction in which the inertial force of the vibrator acts when the shaft is caulked to a mounting hole in a state that the shaft has been inserted into, and passed through, the mounting hole in order to mount the vibrator on the shaft.
CONSTITUTION: In a rotary vibrator, a shaft 3 is caulked to a mounting hole 2 which has been made in the rotation center P in a state that the shaft has been inserted into, and passed through, the mounting hole 2. In the rotary vibrator, a heavy weight part 5 which uses a face passing the rotation center P as the surface 4 is formed, and recessed grooves 8 which make the deformation of an outer circumferential part 7 escape when the mounting hole 2 is caulked are formed in parallel on both sides of the mounting hole 2 on the surface 4 of the heavy weight part 5.
