A nozzle ring 25 with a pore-shaped nozzle is mounted inside a round water turbine chamber 21 formed in a washing head 20, and a water turbine 30 is disposed inside the nozzle ring 25 coaxially with the water turbine chamber 21. A brush unit 40 consists of a brush base 41 connected to an output shaft 36b and bristles 42 for a brush planted along the rim of the brush base 41. The brush base 41 is nearly disk-shaped with a connecting part 43 connected to the output shaft 36b at the center, the outer surrounding surface standing upward as a surrounding wall 46. A recess is formed in a discoidal part 44 between the center and the surrounding wall 46 of the brush base 41, with an opening 45 for spouting water on the bottom of the recess. Waste water from the water turbine chamber 21 is guided into the recess inside the surrounding wall 46 through a drain nozzle.
