When a user pulls a rotating plate 21 towards near side, the central axis 23 of the rotating plate 21 moves forward along the second guide slot 26 of a guide member 33, the swinging axis 24 of the rotating plate 21 moves along a first guide slot 25 of a supporting plate 22 towards right side and the rotating plate 21 rotates clockwise. In this case, the width of the rotating plate 22 is shorter than the distance L' between the central axis 23 and the swinging axis 24 and the central axis 23 touches the forward edge of the second guide slot 26 of the guide member 33 when the rotating plate 21 is rotated at predetermined angle smaller than 90 degrees. Therefore, the guide member 33 moves forward linearly along a second guide rail, of the supporting plate 22 and the guide member 33 reaches the maximum forward protruding position when the rotating plate 21 is rotated by 90 degrees.
