Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a rotary perm device having a bar of which a surface is smooth to make it difficult to burn off hair. The solution of the present invention is a perm device 1 comprising a bar 2 made of aluminum, and a cover 3 that is selectively open and close with respect to the bar 2. The bar 2 has a surface that is anti-corrosion treated to form a surface layer 25 comprised of an oxide layer. Thus, the friction of the bar 2 is reduced and the surface of the bar 2 becomes smooth, which eliminates damage to hair due to entangling of hair on the bar 2 in waving or curling the hair.
