Abstract:
To provide a rotation anode x-ray tube capable of obtaining a stable rotation, and a manufacturing method of the rotation anode x-ray tube.SOLUTION: A rotation anode x-ray tube comprises: a vacuum envelope; and a cathode and a rotary anode construction, housed in the vacuum envelope. The rotary anode construction includes: a fixed axis fixed to the vacuum envelope; a rotational axis provided to an outer peripheral side of the fixed shaft; a target generating an X-ray in response to an electron beam radiated from the cathode while being integrally rotated with the rotational axis; and a slide bearing. The fixed axis discharges heat via a cooling medium introduced into an inner part. The slide bearing is composed of: a fixed side radial bearing surface provided on an outer peripheral surface of the fixed axis and a rotational side radial bearing surface provided on an inner peripheral surface of the rotational axis; and a liquid metal filled in a bearing gap between the fixed side radial bearing surface and the rotational side radial bearing surface. In the slide bearing, a rotational side diameter expansion part obtained by increasing the diameter of the rotational side radial bearing surface is provided in an area corresponded to the target, and the rotational side diameter expansion part is provided at an interval in a tube axis line direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
