To provide a compact rotating connector of high reliability at low cost, by devising a forming method of a contactor.

This rotating connector in which two or more of electrodes are connected rotatably is equipped with an electrode ring 10, having a cylindrical contact 12, a cylindrical body 21 including the contact 12; and a contactor 22, in which a prescribed part of the cylindrical body 21 is curved to the contact 12 side, and in which a curved face of the contactor 22 and the outer peripheral face of the contact 12 are contacted. According to this constitution, since the contactor 22 of the electrode ring 20 has elasticity which is substantially equal to that of a leaf spring form and is pushed to the contact 12 of the electrode ring 10, the electrode ring 10 so that the electrode ring 20 surely contacts.
