In a rotating connector, an inner cylindrical part and an outer cylindrical part are installed around the same axis and that each cylindrical part can rotate reversely with each other. Between the inner cylindrical part and the outer cylindrical part, a donut-like space is kept in which a flat cable is placed. One of the flat cable terminals is connected to a terminal of the inner cylindrical part and the other is connected to a terminal of the outer cylindrical part. The flat cable is a thin flat conductor and only one side of which is insulated.
