Abstract:
To provide a slotless type rotary electric machine capable of suppressing a cyclic current.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises: a rotator having a permanent magnet; and a stator lying opposite the rotator via an air gap. The stator comprises: a cylindrical stator core (4) made of a magnetic material; an insulation member (5) that is positioned between a cylindrical front surface of the cylindrical stator core (4) and the rotator; and a first armature winding (6-1) and a second armature winding (6-2) wound on the insulation member. The first armature winding (6-1) and the second armature winding (6-2) are connected in parallel, and the number of windings of the second armature winding (6-2) is larger than that of the first armature winding (6-1) by a predetermined number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
