Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine rotor capable of highly accurately relatively aligning an insertion jig in which a plurality of guide holes each for guiding a rod-like body constituted of a hard magnetic material are formed, and a rotor core in which a plurality of insertion holes into which the rod-like bodies extruded from the guide holes are inserted are formed, and a manufacturing device for the rotary electric machine rotor.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine rotor includes: a rotor core forming step of laminating a plurality of core plates 3 each constituted of a soft magnetic material and forming a rotor core 21 in which a plurality of insertion holes 211 extending in a lamination direction of the plurality of core plates 3 and a plurality of distribution holes 212 each distributing a coolant are provided; and an insertion step of inserting a rod-like body 220 constituted of a hard magnetic material into each of the plurality of insertion holes 211 in the rotor core 21. In the insertion step, an insertion jig 7 including a plurality of pins 76 which are engaged into the plurality of guide holes 711 and the distribution holes 212 is used to relatively align the insertion jig 7 and the rotor core 21 by engaging the plurality of pins 76.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
