To provide a rotating electrical apparatus using a magnetic worm gear and a wind-power generation system capable of obtaining a stable power generation output even if variation occurs in transmitting magnetic force or rotation speed of a big rotor.
A rotating electrical apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a big rotor 40 including a magnetic pole formed of a permanent magnet 44 on an outer peripheral surface; at least one small rotor 50 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the big rotor 40 so as to be separated therefrom and opposite thereto, and including a helical magnetic pole formed of a permanent magnet 52 on an outer peripheral surface of a non-magnetic ring 54 so as to be magnetically coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the non-magnetic ring 54 in accordance with an interval of the magnetic pole of the big rotor 40; a field magnet rotor 70 fixed to an inner diameter side of the non-magnetic ring 54 and configured to generate a magnetic flux toward an inner diameter side of the small rotor 50; and an armature stator 80 arranged on an inner diameter side of the field magnet rotor 70 so as to be separated therefrom and opposite thereto, and including a plurality of armature windings 82 in which rotating magnetic fields that rotate according to rotation of the field magnet rotor 70 are interlinked with each other.
