To solve a problem of a conventional intake gate wherein an intake facility must be installed separately.

A rotating hinge type intake gate includes first conducting tubes 10 which are installed between a door body 7 and support devices 8, and allow the water 4 on the upstream side of a channel 1 to flow therethrough; and second conducting tubes 11 which are attached to the support devices 8 and communicate with the first conducting tubes 10, and which allow the water 4 in the first conducting tubes 10 to flow therethrough. The gate can be used by taking out a part of the water 4 in the channel 1 through the first conducting tubes 10 and the second conducting tubes 11 without installing an intake facility separately.
